Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and relevant international data protection regulations (including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), Super Major Private Limited acts as the Data Fiduciary with respect to personal information gathered through supermajor.in and direct studio commercial communications.
Information We Collect & Age Limitations
We strictly adhere to the statutory principle of data minimization. We only gather information that is directly necessary to respond to your technical inquiries, scope creative deliverables, and fulfill contractual studio commitments:
A. Information You Voluntarily Provide
When you submit a project inquiry, request a proposal, or communicate directly via our website forms, email, or telephone: your full name, business email address, company or organization name, job role, product category (e.g. Automotive, Industrial Hardware, Consumer Tech), and project briefing details.
B. Commercial & Billing Information
For commissioned clients: corporate registered billing address, Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), corporate tax identification numbers, purchase orders, authorized representative contact details, and payment verification records.
C. Technical & Browsing Telemetry
When accessing our website: IP address (automatically masked/anonymized in Google Analytics 4), browser type, operating system, screen dimensions, referring URL, navigation paths, and page performance metrics. We do not correlate anonymous web telemetry with your identifiable corporate identity.
Age Limitation & Minor Policy
Our platform and services are exclusively designed for business professionals and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that personal information of an individual under the age of 18 has been provided to us, we will immediately delete such data from our operational repositories.
Proprietary CAD & Client Assets
Unlike typical software-as-a-service providers, Super Major operates as an advanced visual production studio handling proprietary engineering geometry, SolidWorks/STEP assemblies, unreleased industrial designs, and patent-pending hardware. We establish the following non-negotiable protections:
- Absolute Client IP Retention: All CAD files, polygon geometry, industrial design files, textures, blueprints, and confidential product parameters remain 100% the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.
- Explicit AI/ML Training Restriction: We strictly do not use, ingest, or process your CAD files, 3D models, or proprietary technical drawings to train internal or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior explicit written agreement.
- Role-Based Studio Access: Project files are placed in isolated, encrypted studio directories accessible only by assigned technical directors and 3D artists bound by formal confidentiality agreements.
- Showcase Clearance Requirement: No render, animation clip, or work-in-progress draft will ever be published in our public showreel, portfolio, or case studies without the client's express written sign-off or after the official public market launch.

Super Major does not sell, barter, or distribute your personal details. We share data only with verified sub-processors necessary for studio operations:
- Infrastructure & Storage: Enterprise cloud storage providers (Google Workspace / Amazon Web Services) providing AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
- Professional Advisors: Chartered accountants, auditors, and legal counsel in Chennai, India, bound by statutory professional confidentiality.
- Statutory Authorities: Law enforcement or government regulatory bodies strictly when required under a lawful subpoena, court warrant, or binding statutory mandate in India.
Where data is transferred across international borders (e.g. delivering renders to clients in the EU, US, or APAC), we enforce Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and high-grade cryptographic safeguards.
Retention & Secure Purge Defaults
We retain personal data and project records only for the duration necessary to satisfy commercial, legal, and operational purposes:
Temporary viewer caches and rendering artifacts are automatically purged within 30 days of inactivity; production project assets are retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 90 days, after which they are permanently overwritten.
Retained for 24 months from last contact if no contract is executed, after which details are permanently purged.
Retained for 8 statutory financial years in accordance with Indian Income Tax and GST regulations.
Archived in encrypted offline storage or permanently destroyed upon written client request following final deliverable handover.
